I have had a total passion for taking pictures ever since I was inspired as a young teenager when my father gave me my first camera... a trusty Pentax ME Super.

Throughout studying photography at Bournemouth & Poole College of Art; working as a gallery manager for London's first commercial photographic fine art gallery, ‘The Special Photographers Company’; also working for a top advertising photographer Andreas Heumann in London ... I had the certainty that I would have my own photography business one day.

Many cameras later and after spending time living aboard our small yacht in the Mediterranean and having children, photographing them growing up hugely inspired me - and my business grew organically. After photographing a friend's wedding, I was hooked! I now feel so honoured and privileged that I am actually paid to do something I completely love.

My photographic influences and inspirations come the work of the early pioneering Victorian photographers, in particular Julia Margaret Cameron, whose work I adore. I enjoy visiting photographic exhibitions and following the work of many contemporary photographers.

I live in Sussex with my husband and our hairy Border Terrier. We have 3 wonderful daughters, my proudest creations.
